Privacy Policy
We collect information needed to qualify current self-custody users, deliver the requested guide, contact genuine prospects, and prevent form abuse.
We do not request or need seed phrases, private keys, wallet addresses, balances, device PINs, passphrases, or storage locations.
Information we collect
When you request the guide, we collect your full name, email address, mobile phone number, the self-custody setup you select, your hardware-wallet brand or model or the cold-wallet names or types you enter, consent choices, submission time, and a one-way daily hash derived from your IP address for rate limiting. We do not store the raw IP address in our lead database. Do not enter wallet secrets or storage locations in the wallet-name field.
Contact-quality checks
We validate contact formatting, require an international-format phone number, reject common disposable-email domains, check that the email domain publishes mail-delivery records, require an ownership attestation, and apply automated anti-abuse controls. These checks do not prove that a person controls the mailbox or phone number. Unless the form explicitly says otherwise, contact details have not been verified by a one-time code.
How we use information
We use the information to deliver the requested resource, qualify the campaign audience, prevent automated abuse, maintain consent records, understand funnel performance, and follow up about the request. Promotional emails are sent only when you separately opt in.
Advertising measurement and your choice
With your prior permission, we load the Meta Pixel to record a page visit and a generic Lead event after the server accepts a guide request. We do not configure the Pixel to send your name, email address, phone number, hardware-wallet device, setup type, or other form answers to Meta. Meta may receive browser and device information normally associated with a web request, such as the page URL, IP address, user agent, referrer, and Meta advertising or cookie identifiers.
The Meta Pixel is blocked by default and does not load unless you select “Allow measurement.” Rejecting optional tracking does not limit access to the site or guide. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie choices” in the homepage footer. Meta processes information under its own privacy policy and may store or access cookies or similar technologies after permission is granted.
Service providers and Telegram
Lead records are stored using Cloudflare services. After an accepted submission, a notification containing the submitted name, email, phone number, hardware-wallet model or cold-wallet names, setup type, and consent status is sent to the campaign operator through a Telegram bot. Telegram processes that notification under its own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit information you do not want transmitted in this way.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Hosting, database, messaging, analytics, email, and security providers may process data for us to operate the service. If you allow advertising measurement, Meta may process page and event information under Meta's policies.
Retention
Lead records are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for compliance or you request deletion sooner. Telegram notifications may remain in the operator's Telegram account until deleted under its retention practices. Anti-abuse records are limited to a daily hash and submission count.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal from optional marketing. We may need to verify that the email or phone number belongs to you before acting.
Security
We use encrypted transport, restricted database access, secret storage for messaging credentials, security headers, parameterized database operations, validation, rate limiting, and data minimization. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Children
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
